The views are spectacular as this end unit Townhome has viewing over the Pool area, so easily watch your kids from it if wanting to relax on the patio. It has fabulous lake views and night time views. In-suite laundry, granite counters, beautiful cabinetry and nicely decorated, you won’t be disappointed! Master bedroom has a king bed and queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. There is also a Futon on the main floor. We are just steps away from a private dock. Exercise area with equipment also available.

All the furniture is high quality in this 1300 square foot suite. The Townhome has water and ice Fridge which includes reverse osmosis water, including dishwasher and microwave, as well as washer & dryer and an outdoor barbeque. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need and more! And if you don’t find what you need it will be there on your next visit!

Enjoy the King size bed in the master and en-suite bathroom with shower. In the great room you can sit in front of the fireplace, while watching TV on a 60-inch LED TV or enjoy the 50 flat screen LED TV in the master bedroom, and in the other 2 bedrooms with 24” led and DVD, there is also a Futon on the main floor.

The front entrance and kitchen is tiled while the remainders of the living areas have quality hardwood floors. The dining table seats six, and 4 bar stools are connected to the kitchen area. Enjoy complementary Wi-Fi internet access and a large selection of cable TV channels, so always something for the kids when its bedtime and quality adult time.

This is a smoke free townhome, $500 refundable damage deposit. We recommend booking well in advance for summer stays, as this unit typically books up by February, so early inquiry is recommended.
