All bedrooms are on the bottom floor of the unit. The Master bedroom has a king bed and features an ensuite with a custom wall to wall walk-in shower, sliding door that leads to a patio, pool and gym. The other 2 bedrooms each have 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. Our unit includes 1 designated parking space. We also offer a boat slip – please inquire on availability. Must agree to our Vacation Rental agreement. Must be 30 yrs or older to rent this unit. A refundable security/damage deposit required. *Starting rental rates are based on up to 4 guests. Higher rate is based on 8 guests.*
