LAKEVIEW – 925 sq ft of luxury in sunny OSOYOOS, BC. Cosy 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom, 1 level vacation resort. Villa 5 has a gas BBQ, reverse osmosis water system, instant on hot water, and a water softener system.
4 nights minimum Spring and Fall. WEEKLY only Summer – Saturday to Saturday.
Suitable for 4 adults or 2 adults & 2 – 3 children. Not as suitable for 6 adults. $100.00 PET FEE (With permission only), NON SMOKERS ONLY.

Peak Season – (June – Sep)
Nightly Rate: $350 +tax
Weekly Rate: $2450 +tax
Minimum Stay: 7 nights Saturday to Saturday
Shoulder Season – (Sep/Oct & May/Jun)
Nightly Rate: $200 – 300 +tax
Minimum Stay: 4 nights
Snowbird – (Nov-Apr): $1800
Monthly Rate: $1800 No tax on long term
Minimum Stay: 6 months
